"Prost" is a German word that is commonly used as a toast, like the English expression "Cheers." In Germany and other German-speaking countries, it is a traditional way to raise a glass and wish good health or well-being before taking a drink. The word is often accompanied by clinking glasses with friends or fellow drinkers.

Our Story

Our veteran-owned brewery was founded by two brothers who, after retiring from the Air Force, shared a passion for brewing exceptional beers and fostering a sense of community. Inspired by the relaxed charm of Milton, we set out to create a gathering place where locals and visitors alike could savor unique, handcrafted brews.
